Active Conversation English Program (ACE)

Curriculum

Kindergarten

Following standards set by the Ministry of Education, the curriculum will allow students to learn and develop physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually through activities that engage all five senses. There is an emphasis on using Thai and English for communication, and on using information and communication technology (ICT) in education. Students will grow in the setting of present day environment, culture, and economy in accordance with the objectives of the kindergarten curriculum.

 

Primary School

Following standards set by the Ministry of Education from 2008, instruction will follow the 8 core areas of Thai language; mathematics; science; social studies, religion and culture; history; health education and physical education; art and music; technology and living skills; and foreign languages.

 

Duangvipa Schools Objectives

1.) To accomplish studies in the 5 core study areas each school year. To emphasize use of foreign language in communications (ACE) and using information and communication technology (ICT) in education.

2.) To have students be fluent in reading and writing both Thai and foreign languages.

3.) To have students be proficient in mathematics, and develop critical thinking skills.

4.) To instill in students the values of patriotism, religion, honesty, self-learning, culture, and public consciousness.
